It's so amazing how one day can make such a difference! Now it's really crappy out and raining but earlier I actually got to go on a long run. I'm in a little bit better shape but still didn't run very fast. It was so nice to leave the house and actually enjoy nature. Such an improvement over yesterday. My endorphins are still very high at the moment so I've been really cheerful today. I'm home alone at the moment- my host family went to go see AC/DC in Wels, Austria. I'm not nearly as down though about that than I was yesterday. The fresh air did some good. At least I can sing really loudly and horribly. I'm listening to Fiona Apple right now and feeling pretty good. I hate having crazy emotions! I'm just thankful that today is a great day. The sun was nice.

I think I'm going to do some surveys because I'm a geek and I actually like doing them...and I'm also really 14 years old.
